Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a dealership account on VeriPort or request a demo setup, your dealership group ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or auto dealer group, you warrant that you have authority to bind the entity.

2. Use of Services

VeriPort provides RTO vehicle registration tracking, HSRP plate logging, and customer alert services. Dealerships must ensure that:

• All vehicle and customer contact details uploaded are accurate and collected with customer consent.
• Credentials are kept secure, and actions taken by branch executives are monitored by dealership admins.

3. Payment & Billing

Enterprise subscription plans are billed monthly as agreed upon custom quotes. Payments must be processed within the timeline outlined in the invoice. Failure to pay fees will result in restriction of automatic synchronization services.

4. Limitations of Liability

VeriPort is an tracking utility syncing parivahan and official database records. We are not responsible for delays in approvals caused by RTO centers, document discrepancies, or temporary outages of Government parivahan databases.

5. Termination

You can close your dealership account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating system integrity or sending spam SMS/WhatsApp alerts.
