• Dealership Account Data: Showroom name, address, tax registration (GSTIN), administrator profiles, and work email addresses.
• Application Data: Vehicle identification details (Chassis number, engine number), RTO file status details, temporary registration numbers, customer mobile numbers, and names as entered by dealership staff.
• Log and Usage Data: IP addresses, logs of actions performed by showroom staff (e.g. status changes, document uploads).

We use the data strictly for providing RTO tracking capabilities:

• To fetch and synchronize registration statuses from official parivahan sources.
• To dispatch WhatsApp/SMS notification updates directly to buyers on behalf of the showroom.
• To compile branch performance and Turnaround Time (TAT) analytics for dealership directors.
